Concessions selectable again — Memberships without a status value (such as employee concessions) now appear correctly as selectable booking products.

Longer pay-later windows respected — Draft bookings now stay available for the full pay-later window staff select (e.g. 7 days), rather than expiring early.

Apply promo codes from a link — A booking link can carry a promo code so it's applied automatically when the customer starts booking.

Allocation priority & fallback options — Capacity options can be held back from initial search allocation so they appear only as a fallback once preferred options sell out, while remaining bookable manually. A new allocation-priority setting lets chosen options be offered first.

Scheduled price uploads — Pricing files can now be scheduled to go live at a future date and time (up to two weeks ahead). The file is validated on upload, pending uploads are shown in a dedicated panel and can be cancelled before they run, and success/failure notifications are emailed to the uploader and a configurable list of recipients. Existing immediate uploads are unchanged.

Adult-only lounge guidance — When a budget lounge is selected for a booking that includes a child, toddler or baby, a clear message explains the lounge is adult-only (16+) before continuing — shown in the customer's language where configured.

Paid bookings convert reliably — When a payment succeeds, the booking now completes reliably even if a downstream step is briefly slow, so paid bookings are never left incomplete.
