POS: periodic workers keep running after AuthException and user is not redirected to login

Fixed an issue where background sync processes on POS could keep running after a login/authentication failure, and where users were not automatically returned to the login screen when this happened. Authentication errors during background sync are now handled reliably, stopping the affected background activity and redirecting the user to log in.

Improved the "Create new or link to existing customer account" option on the Customer Details screen (and the equivalent Buyer Details screen for vouchers), so staff can more reliably register a new customer or link to an existing one when selling on behalf of a customer. Customer name and email are now required at payment for products valid for more than one day, for events, and for future-dated admissions (Stripe terminals are unaffected).
