HRP - POS payment taken (DNA approved) but order not created - flow abandoned (DVOZPRBCGLW5I, 25 June 2026)
Jira: CORE-8971
Payment recording on POS can no longer be interrupted in ways that leave a payment taken but no order created. Clearing a cart is now blocked while a related payment is in flight, and back navigation is prevented during active payment recording, preventing abandoned flows and orphaned charges.
BP POS - Changes to the complete details/proceed to payment pop up
Jira: EXPIAN-455
Updated the confirmation pop-up shown when skipping beneficiary (ticket holder) details, removing the tick/cross icons so the wording reads as neutral rather than implying one option is more "correct" than the other.
HRP - Mobile POS suspected double-click / duplicate payment submission (DVO5YTJZE9V13)
Jira: CORE-8972
Fixed an issue on Mobile POS where double-clicking during checkout could create a duplicate payment submission.
HRP - POS & SCANNING - GB vouchers unable to be redeemed / possible time slot issue
Jira: CORE-8817 | FreshDesk Case ID: 4856 (HRP)
Fixed an issue affecting add-on vouchers (e.g. guidebooks) linked to time-slot bookings, which were incorrectly returning "Unable to redeem - Add-On Expired" at redemption. Valid add-ons can now be redeemed even where the associated booking has expired; bookings that genuinely have no redeemable add-ons will continue to be blocked as before.
BP POS - External printer EPSON TM-T88V - Amend margin, cutting off text
Jira: EXPIAN-456
Addressed right-edge clipping of amounts and text on printed receipts from the external Epson TM-T88V printer by bringing in the print margin. Note: this was the first pass at this fix — a follow-up refinement was released in v3.0.10.
POS - Remove Create account options for Viewers
Jira: CORE-8997
Viewers can no longer see or use the "Create account" option when adding customer details; customer details entered by Viewers are now saved without attempting account linking or "place on behalf" actions.
POS - Allow email to be amended for Passes
Jira: EXPIAN-457
Users can now amend the email address associated with passes where email amendments are enabled for the market. HRP markets retain their existing restricted behaviour (email locked), while standard markets (e.g. BP, TRB) allow pass email amendments by default.
