Fix labels, add account creation on voucher flow, fix issue linked to mandatory fields validation

Added the "Create new or link to existing customer account" option to the Buyer Details screen for voucher bookings, corrected on-screen labelling, and fixed validation issues affecting mandatory fields on the customer/account creation flow.
